This is our most popular tour ~ Here we learn the basics of paddling on dry land before heading out to paddle through the St. Ann’s Bay region. We visit a very large eagles nest in the fork of the giant sugar maple with American Bald eagles usually circling us overhead. There is a waterfall and a small beach where we stop and rest while providing you with a healthy snack of hand bagged chocolate Chai tea and Home made banana bread with rhubarb Jam. We then paddle back to base gliding past the remnants of the abandoned Oxford Paper Mill (1899) near the remains of the post pier which host numerous bird life. On a summers day you may also get to see the lobster fisher people pulling up their traps. Great photo opportunities are awaiting you Voila!
